Complaints Process

Little Wheel prides itself on being a customer-focused company. However, we don't always get things right. When we make mistakes, we want to improve and correct them.

We have a published Complaints Process demonstrating our commitment to transparency and fair treatment.

If you are unhappy with any issue while working with Little Wheel, follow these steps to let us know. 

1. SPEAK TO OUR SUPPORT TEAM

The first option is to speak with our support team. They can offer the fastest resolution to most cases.

2. RAISE A COMPLAINT

If our support team is unable to resolve your issue or you are not happy with their resolution, you can contact our Complaints Team.

You can raise a complaint by either:

  1. Emailing us at complaints@littlewheel.com

  2. Asking our support team to escalate your issue as a complaint

3. COMPLAINTS PROCESS

Acknowledgement

When your issue has been raised as a complaint, you will receive an acknowledgment message with a high-level overview of this process.

Investigation

We will investigate your issue internally, speaking to all parties involved.

We aim to complete our investigation and issue our resolution within 2 weeks of receiving your complaint. If we need longer than this, we will write to you to explain why we need longer.

Resolution

After reviewing all evidence, we will provide a written resolution and ask whether you accept our resolution.

We aim to be fair and consistent in our resolution.

If you do not accept our resolution, further options are available to you.

4. FURTHER OPTIONS

If you are still unhappy after we complete our Complaints Process, you can ask us to reconsider our resolution. When asking us to reconsider, please highlight any areas of our decision you disagree with and why. Include any additional new information. We will reconsider all resolutions once.

If you are still unhappy, you can instruct an attorney to review your case. Our attorney would be happy to speak to your attorney in an attempt to resolve the issue. Our attorney can be contacted at:
